3-5 years: 25m Swim, 750m Bike, 250m Run
6-7 years: 50m Swim, 1.5km Bike, 500m Run
8-9 years: 100m Swim, 5km Bike, 1km Run
10-11 years: 200m Swim, 5km Bike, 2km Run
12-13 years: 300m Swim, 10km Bike, 3km Run
14-15 years: 400m Swim, 10km Bike, 4km Run
16-19 years: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
Super Sprint: 400m Swim, 10km Bike, 4km Run
Spring: 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
Draft Legal Races being held (must have completed certification)
