Coaching Philosophy: As the Head Coach for the Edmonton Triathlon Academy my role is to help each person achieve their goals. The greatest gift I can give any athlete is “Belief”. Knowing that the only thing separating them from where they are now and where they want to be is time.
Coaching History: Provincial coaching awards in Triathlon and running. National Elite Triathlon Coach of the year. Multiple provincial champions, national champions, national team members, and Olympians.
What Fuels Glen to train more and achieve more? I am extremely motivated to help the ETA athletes achieve their goals. Whether it’s fitness and fun or winning gold at the Olympic Games.
