A program designed to let you sample the sport of triathlon. The emphasis is on gaining confidence in your swim, bike, and run skills while improving your conditioning as an athlete.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Athletes looking to improve their conditioning and sport skills in swim, bike, run and want the option to compete in community races. This is a great program to complement other sports programs and introduce you to the overall sport of triathlon.
(this program is ASSA compliant to compliment your summer swimming "off-season")
