Description: The team gathers on the north side of the track for some hard cycle and run brick sessions. Indoor cycling is a staple here during the winter.

Description: The Alberta Legislature provides a great 1km loop, and steep hill practice up from the river valley.

Description: Peter Hemingway pool provides a 50m lap pool. Sunday practices after cycling take place from 11am-12pm.
